In this role, you will be responsible to provide recruiting expertise and support to evicores information technology, analytics, HCIT, and data science position needs. Develop and maintain market specific recruiting expertise for all evicore locations
In this role, you will manage existing external talent resources including vendor management and outsourcing functions. This includes candidate screening resources and recruiting/on boarding partnerships.
In this role, you will be conducting phone interviews and facilitating the interview process for the hiring managers, updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system, extending offers and ensuring seamless on-boarding of new hires.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Operational colleagues as well as external vendors, resources and candidates on any number of short and long term projects and initiatives.
In this role, you will develop strong relationships with the business in order to forecast recruitment needs; provide consultation to key line managers and implement innovative and cost effective recruiting strategies linked with business needs.
