The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for interpreting and applying policies and procedures,demonstrates leadership skills which foster a collaborative, team-based environment and coordinates all issues related to personnel management and staff development including hiring, training, performance management and evaluations for clinical staff including MAs, LPNs and RNs.
The successful candidate may be required to qualify for and be a member of the Emergency Response Organization. In addition to leadership of the selected work group, the successful candidate will perform other duties as requested or assigned.
