This position will provide support and troubleshooting for Senior HHS staff and others for desktop, networking, peripheral and printer issues. Track hardware, assist on site networking and assist in planning and designing support systems.
You will serve as a subject matter expert on behalf of Corporate Information Security (CIS) in responding to global regulatory inquiries related to information and cybersecurity, and identifying gaps in compliance to these requirements and determining/tracking response initiatives, including supporting Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) related initiatives.
Develop and maintain a working manpower planning tool to ensure accurate tracking and planning of budgeted headcount; execute ad-hoc financial/quantitative analysis and various reporting requests in support of the business.
Works with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing.
The Sr. System Analyst operates under minimum supervision, and performs duties with broad latitude for judgment; collaboration with business project teams providing distribution and transportation solutions.
The Senior IT Business System Analyst will establish an overview of the requirements defined by the business including the definition of business, technical, and architectural requirements. They will recognize any inconsistencies, assumptions, and critical elements during the requirements gathering phase.
Work with project leads to develop requirements work plans, identify task dependencies, develop estimates and determine resource skill requirements; support risk management and change management activities.
