The Service Desk Engineer provides support for basic incident resolution and requests reported to the division service desk. Responsibilities include technical assessment, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components.
This individual will analyze requirements, write technical specifications, and program solutions using Powerhouse in a VMS environment. This role will also collaborate with IS colleagues, business staff, and other stakeholders to evaluate processes, assess available technologies and recommend solution options.
