This position is responsible for providing customer related tax reporting guidance on various financial products (i.e. retirement plans, annuities and life insurance). Providing guidance includes indirectly responding to customer inquiries, acting as a subject matter expert on projects, advising on business documentation and developing tax policies.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform Companys federal tax compliance function including primary preparation of the Companys Federal tax returns; assist the Manager Federal Taxes in responding to Federal audits.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide professional support in all aspects of daily / yearly business operations including working with owner, clients and professional team on tax preparation and tax planning engagements.
