This position is responsible for selling Health and Benefits solutions for mid-sized and large companies, Experience selling in the HR space, Excellent communication skills, Experience selling to CFO's and Business Leaders.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for generation of new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
The ideal candidate will have an appreciation of either open-source, datacentre, infrastructure or big data software solutions and will have experience of selling any one or a combination of these solutions to enterprise accounts.
The Senior Sales Executive will preferably be based from either the states of Virginia, Maryland or the District of Columbia and will cover a full spectrum of new business activities within the territory. The solution can be sold on a SaaS, Hybrid or On-Premise basis and average order values can expand above $1mn following the initial deal closure.
In this role, you will manage expense budgets for their respective geography, and is accountable for compliance with Company policy and procedures, the Quality System and other regulatory requirements.
