In this role, the selected candidate will work on development or transfer of recipes for a variety of metrology tools, in particular AMAT and Hitachi CDSEM and KLA Overlay tool, used in advanced manufacturing processes.
The individual must have previous experience carrying out activities in a batch, fine chemical environment with a proven track record in technology transfer from the laboratory to the plant and after initial introduction be able to lead efforts in reducing cycle times, improving quality, improving batch yields, and reducing overall manufacturing costs.
