This position will be part of the Global Strategic Finance / Compensation Team and will work closely with management + variety of internal clients to provide meaningful analysis related to the compensation & finance function.
As a Health and Group Benefits Senior Analyst you will contribute to a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, financing, delivery, ongoing management and communication of the full spectrum of health and group benefit programs including medical, dental, life, disability, time off and flexible benefits.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure compensation program(s) support and foster an outcomes-oriented performance culture; recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, etc.
In this role, you will prepare data & analysis while recommending, based on collaboration with the Comp. COE, solutions to aligning incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, base pay and variable compensation for non-executive positions across the division.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure consistent application of compensation philosophy in cases where an exception to salary guidelines is requested; approves requested adjustments or works with requestor to find reasonable alternatives to meet the business need.
