Project manage a portfolio of recruiting searches, ranging from individual contributor roles to senior hires. Manage internal and external search resources to fulfill their responsibilities excellently.
Develop and/or identifies innovative, creative, and cost effective approaches for sourcing and selection that generate a pipeline of quality candidates using emerging tools, online resources, and applicant tracking systems.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage the recruitment strategy for multiple openings, from the initial research and planning phase, to candidate identification, assessment, development and presentation.
The Recruitment Coordinator Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the global recruiting coordinator team, specifically scheduling of recruitment activities, internal and external client satisfaction, process improvement and real time support for recruiters. The successful candidate will be a key part of the Global Operations team.
