As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the client recruitment teams and have responsibility for candidate care and administrative support associated with a candidate's application process through to their onboarding.
This position requires individuals who are goal oriented, possess a strong sales aptitude, as well as have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple objectives in a fast paced and challenging environment.
The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to our Recruiting team and will serve as a primary contact for Hiring Managers, applicants, and partners. This position will be required to perform various recruitment and administrative tasks.

Work closely with hiring managers, team leadership and other groups as necessary to negotiate offers, understand business requirements, provide market guidance and refine recruitment priorities.

In this role, the selected candidate will provide end-user support; troubleshoot defects, bugs, and other system issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation; recommending process or system workarounds where possible.
