In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of progress reports for federal cooperative agreements related to health emergency preparedness, including the Joint Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Cooperative Agreement (CA) and supplemental funding opportunities (Ebola, Zika, etc.).
This position is responsible for providing Project administration support as defined by the Project Manager. This role monitors Project tasks and assists with the tracking of Project controls during planning and execution of the Projects activities. The Project Administrator works with supervision and guidance and is responsible for applying basic skills, tools and techniques to Project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. The Project Administrator operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology.
