The primary function of this position will be to work with the program office to translate project deliverable requirements into procurement plans based on the latest delivery dates in a programs integrated master schedule (ims). This person will plan, monitor, and support material availability throughout the procurement, manufacturing and test phases.
The candidate should be able to work independently and as a member of the Scheduling/Delivery Assurance team including their scheduling counterpart within production control, and production floor supervision.
The Traffic Manager is responsible for coordinating the production schedule for print and digital marketing projects. This includes ensuring accuracy of paperwork and deliverables, and rendering prompt and quality materials for the projects. The Traffic Manager works with Creative and Production Management teams to balance workloads, evaluate, assign, and schedule. This role will focus on Print (70%) and Digital (30%) marketing projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will resolve Capacity issues (minor equipment and labor issues) in QC Operations scheduling based on the consolidated Stability, Supply and Production scheduling priorities & updates the schedule accordingly.
The Production Planner will work closely with Purchasing, Quality Control, and Customer Service to ensure that requirements are met. This role is a crucial link between sales, supply chain, product line, and manufacturing.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor intake mailbox for the agency and directs work accordingly; oversee the flow of work within the agency and adjusts resources as needed for most effective operations, in collaboration with project managers.
