As a member of the North America Central Applications Team, the Product Applications Engineer is responsible for providing front line phone / email technical support for Analog Devices broad range of integrated circuits and products.
In this role, the selected candidate will conceptualize, design and develop new products that will include implants, instrumentation and MIS systems; design products using solid modeling and drafting conventions.
This position will interface regularly with TTMs Sales, Development and Pre-Production Engineering departments, it is essential that the candidate be able to effectively balance the communication channels between these departments.
Perform studies of proposed system expansion with consideration given to service reliability, safety, operation and engineering economics. This includes the preparation of reports covering recommended and alternate plans to satisfy load growth and reliable system operation.
Analyze limited yields of failing patterns and mechanisms, and investigate root causes with broad cross-functional engagement. Integrate physical and electrical data to establish yield/ defectivity Paretos and roadmaps.
The Operations Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for various Arcadia software offerings. This position works in concert with the Engineering, Infrastructure, , and Account Management teams to monitor system and job performance and ensure that issues are resolved completely and efficiently. Support Engineers deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base in a tiered escalation model.
