The Sales Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Americas Sales Operations, and will lead a team of Sales Specialists in support of explosive sales growth and a quickly expanding sales force.
In this role, the selected candidate will design transfer activities for formulations to contract manufacturing organizations, technical support for the Manufacturing team, project management, leading and managing staff, management of project and department budgets, development of departmental and staffing plans.
In this role, you will guide department interactions with key counterparts within the organization, including quality assurance, CMC project management, supply chain, and the overall product development team.
