Facilitates resolutions to possible problems or conflicts within the project team and/or the client. Provides guidance as needed to lower level colleagues on appropriate methods of executing project activities.
Provides technical support for Sophono products, including, but not limited to, coordinating, scheduling and conducting on-site software and processor installations, repairs, upgrades and preventive maintenance. Fulfills Software and Service Contract obligations.
Candidate will be experienced in the collection, storage, analysis, modeling, and reporting of EA and IT Planning artifacts leading to high quality and efficient deployments of the ALFABET platform. Candidate should strive to be a thought leader amongst peers and have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
