Coordination with design, performing producibility review, generating work instructions and ordering tooling to execute fabrication or procurement of airframe details, assemblies and installations to support black hawk programs.
Coordinate with equipment and process engineering to review daily goals/priorities, project statuses, budgets, and qualification timelines;coordinate capacity, manage cycle time, and facilitate and lead work teams in a 300mm Factory.
Direct laboratory efforts (including documentation of test procedures, data analysis, reports) to evaluate performance of new products. Analyze design options for cost, quality and reliability trade-offs.
This position will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to develop and manage dynamic, challenging projects that incorporate innovative and unique goals and objectives, well beyond the scope of typical mechanical consulting engineering projects.
This individual will be responsible for various aspects of product development including mechanical design, evaluation of new product opportunities, feasibility hardware fabrication, product validation activities, and development and execution of characterization testing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to navigate MS Office tools, web based systems and quickly learn and adapt to complex systems and product independencies to accomplish pointed tasks is an absolute requirement.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
