In this role, you will perform comprehensive and problem focused history and physical exams (where indicated) on surgical patients admitted through the Emergency Department and on those held for Observation.
In this role, you will be responsible for outpatient setting. Under the supervision of a Registered Physician, performs a number of medical procedures, including pre, intra and post-operative management of patients, wound care, and others. Writes admission, pre-operative and post-operative orders for patient care.
In this role, you will provide leadership, support and functional supervision to all center medical staff including clinicians, nurses and medical assistants and ensure provision of service in compliance and company protocols.
In this role you will seeks outside advice and consultation as necessary; refers for medical surgical or other adjunct services those patients requiring specialty consultation, or for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.
The Physician Practice Consultant is the primary contact and front facing customer service representative to the physician practices, both HHMA employed and private offices, for the hosted EMR/PM system.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate and lead Monthly Staff meetings between Program Physician Assistants; present a teamwork approach to problem resolution and offers solid communication of program expectations and changes to workflow.
The successful candidate will have training and expertise in stem cell transplantation along with outstanding clinical and academic skills. This position will also be eligible for a Faculty Appointment commensurate with experience.
