This position oversees a team of payroll coordinators to process payroll for a 3,500 employees spread across multiple states. In this role you'll have very little involvement with the actual processing of payroll, however, you'll be reviewing the work and continuously streamlining the operations for maximum efficiency.
The primary role is processing payroll for 150 employees but there's an added employee benefits / HR element as well. This includes being involved with the hiring process - such as screening resumes and conducting phone interviews.

In this role, you will be responsible to
develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the process and to maximize efficiency. Influence, develop and execute policies that will enhance immediate operations.
In this position, you will provide retrieval ability to produce employee time and attendance and payroll information for analysis and decision-making, compliance reporting, statistical data and other employee related reports as required.
