Manage staff on engagement deliverables (such as financial statements, tax returns, work papers, etc.); complete technical and strategic reviews as a member of the final engagement review team to ensure quality control standards are met; ensure on time delivery and on budget.
The Tax Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the income tax provision and associated income tax accounting reporting. In addition, this position will oversee the preparation, review and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns, including income, sales & use, property, franchise, and excise. This position will manage the tax calendar and calculates/remits tax payable in a timely manner.
