The primary purpose of this job is to manage strategic projects that are related to Integer's strategic initiatives and works with internal and external customers and technical resources to ensure the effective engineering execution on the program.
This role (along with Technical Program Manager colleagues) strives to initiate continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and proposing new or improved solutions in products and processes.
The Sr. Project Manager, Messaging and Collaboration will be accountable for managing Client installation projects for NaviSite. Client installation projects range from 12 30+ weeks and are performed by a matrix team of 4-20 technical engineering resources across multiple engineering teams.
In this role, the candidate will monitor progress/delays of the projects within the program and outline any potential areas of risk, including progress toward delivery, expenditure of resources, and interim (or final) dates for work activities, the program plan integrates these measures and shows their collective impact.
