The Sr.HR Generalist executes complex human resource functions including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, affirmative action and salary administration. Interprets and executes policies and procedures.
Coordination of employment paperwork, including but not limited to: on-boarding materials, offer letters, new hire paperwork, termination paperwork, and ensuring adherence to established service level agreements.
In this role, the selected candidate manages, directs and supervises the staff and activities of the department. Plans and organizes staff and their activities to achieve the facility's mission and initiatives.
Act as the first point of contact for leadership group and associates. Consults on a wide spectrum of HR issues including guidance on associate engagement, performance management, total compensation, human resources development and talent management.
Assist with HR project work as needed such as compensation analysis, employee relations, surveys, culture activities, etc. Manage new hire set up and orientation, as well as exit logistics when people leave.
The HRM is responsible for developing the human capital necessary to support the achievement of the financial, compliance, and strategic goals of their respective store location, positively contributing to the long-term success of the market, region, and company.
The Business Partner manages all HR components for DST including headcount management, annual HR processes such as performance management and talent planning, roll out of corporate HR programs and drive strategic HR projects and actions.
