The Director of Human Resources supports the Hospital's mission of providing outstanding care and service to all its customers. Develops, implements, and manages policies and procedures to ensure the Hospital meets its service, financial and staffing needs.
This Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be an integral part of the leadership team, with responsibility for leading human resources in the New England Jurisdiction and Regulation and Pricing teams.
This role formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This position requires superior business acumen, strong analytical and strategic skills plus the willingness to jump in and help out wherever needed.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan, develop and implementing HR strategies for employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, succession planning, performance management, HR policy, talent acquisition and training.
The Director of Human Resources role serves as the HR expert and provides advice and guidance on a variety of HR functions from employee relations to recruitment and on-boarding to labor relations and much more to 8,000+ employees while managing a team of eight direct reports.
In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of HR programs and services in areas such as Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and Performance Management/Coaching.
The Director will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions including but not limited to: Worker's Compensation, Regulatory HR compliance, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Retention, Employee Education, On-boarding, and
reporting HR Metrics.
The HR/L&D Director will guide and manage the overall provision of human resource services, policies and programs for the entire company. They will also plan and administer learning solutions to focus on developing and enhancing the competencies and skills of employees to build motivated, engaged and high performing teams in order to accomplish goals, and meet the organizations business objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide executive coaching and guidance on employee matters including team building, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategies, and talent development.
