The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. He / she will also conduct Hiring Manager meetings to identify expectations, clarify the process and provide regular updates.
In this role, you will conduct physician and mid-level sourcing activities which may include but is not limited to cold calling, utilizing social media, on-line job boards and recruitment databases, state medical boards and professional association sites, regional conferences and state chapter meetings.
This position requires a self-starter to maintain a continuous source of information and availability of the active base of talent and clients. Responsibilities include full recruitment life-cycle; networking and sourcing for candidates needed to fill open positions, conducting interviews and reference checks and administering skills assessments to candidates.
In this role, you will support internal retention efforts by supporting new candidate on-boarding and the continued integration of new dentists into the operating business model, ensuring new dentist expectations are being met while anticipating their needs and helping to resolve their challenges.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to deliver data-driven suggestions to ensure all strategic goals are achieved; must understand the goals of each job listing & how to align that with our platform.
In this role, the selected candidate will communicate with hiring managers and candidates to coordinate complex; interview schedules involving multiple interviewers; provide on-site, day-of support as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible to steadily replenish and maintain a viable pool of foster parents to support emergency placements, step-downs, transfers, planned admissions, and permanent family resources for children/youth.
The selected candidate will perform all aspects of recruiting and sourcing to include: intake / strategy discussions with hiring managers; improving quality of job descriptions; sourcing from a variety of channels including internet and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop creative sourcing strategies and leveraging resources to recruit high caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, community recruitment, and professional networking.
