The Executive Director, Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the Project Management and Execution of all new product development efforts for all medical device R&D sites in the U.S. as well as for communicating with the Executive Committee, Project Approval Board and Corporate on all matters related to R&D projects.
In this role, you will Provides oversight of key areas including financial operations, human resources, customer service, business development, and clinical operations. Implements policies pertaining to patient care, caregiving, and support staff, financial control, public relations, and maintenance of physical plant through consultation with the facility management team.
The Center Executive Director is responsible for planning and is accountable for all activities and departments of the Center subject to rules and regulations promulgated by government agencies to ensure proper health care services to residents.
Assure that the QAPI Process is understood and utilized by all members of the Center Leadership Team to continually improve all aspects of Center performance as measured by the Center Performance Scorecard.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for fund accounting and administration services for traditional fund services clients including mutual funds, retirement plans and other institutional funds.
Develop new mechanisms to engage industry with the broader MIT I&E landscape through innovative new partnerships models; coordinate MITii fund-raising efforts in partnership with MITs various development offices; and work to build and reinforce MITiis reputation nationally and internationally by articulating research and education accomplishments in media appearances, conferences, seminars, forums, and other speaking opportunities.
In this role, you will provide open lines of communication regarding compliance issues within management area and access to the integrity line, and ensures that retaliation against staff who report suspected incidences of non-compliance does not occur. Promptly reports concerns and suspected incidences of non-compliance to supervisor, compliance liaison and/or to the compliance officer.
