This role is responsible for managing all activities involving the planning, compilation, publishing, delivery, distribution and archiving of submissions to health agencies globally for R&D early development compounds and Alexion commercial products, including the life cycle maintenance of applications.
Supports review of GMP finished product contract packaging and shipping batch records and performs final quality decision for lot disposition to certify compliance with specifications and procedures and ensures product is delivered on time of supply need.

Execute both the short and long term Customer Operations strategy in close collaboration with the commercial leadership team; partner with cross functional teams for development/procurement of all field based tools.
Support development of R&D budgets and review departmental expenses and key performance metrics for all global operations R&D cost centers, involving in-depth coordination of manufacturing plan to budget/ forecasts for the Global Operations team.
