Ability to communicate clearly, crisply, professionally, and in a compelling way from the purchasing agent to the facility manager, to the Division General Manger, to the CFO/CEO, and to the Board Room.
The expectation will be that all Account Executives become a brand enthusiast for our client's product and work in collaboration with the marketing team and the technology departments to implement new ideas and strategy.
Calculate and analyze benchmarks and ensure schedules are in compliance and accordance to legal documents. Prepare capital account allocation schedules (ie capital calls, distributions, income) for all partners.
Work closely with our senior lawyers and corporate team supporting public and private companies in sophisticated business transactions throughout the country. Provide strategic advice and day to day legal counsel to company and its subsidiaries on a global basis including negotiating contracts related to licenses, service and supply agreements and consulting agreements.
In addition to CI, the ideal candidate would bring an integrated approach to the practice that would include workplace in our other markets including Higher Education, Healthcare, Sports and Recreation, Science and Technology and Commercial, Cultural and Civic projects.
Perform the role of key business partner to leaders of both the Finance and Legal Organizations by providing financial and operational analysis and guidance to assist them in operating more efficiently and effectively.
