In this role, you will manage projects using a Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) based project management methodology containing well defined and documented processes, templates, and guidelines for all project phases, the adherence to which is required and managed by a formal Project Management Office.
In this role, you will execute structured root cause analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving methodologies (supported by tools and procedures) and explain the process and results to stakeholders.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization required.
This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps.
The leader will be responsible for managing various aspects of continuous improvement projects including, but not limited to, data gathering, analysis, change management, initiative tracking and reporting on projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare status reports, and other summary, project, and project portfolio reports as required or requested; coordinate and participate in procurement activities.
