In this role, the selected candidate will provide point-of-service support with key healthcare providers, clinics, and infusion centers within a specified geography in order to enhance disease knowledge, support the patient therapy selection process, coordinate and provide training, assist patient pull through, enhance compliance and improve adherence.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and strengthen relationships with all key customers; partner with client field staff to provide excellent customer service for accounts (Sales, Sales management, other as identified by client).
In this role, you will complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop on-going processes to in-service staff on new/revised clinical policies and procedures, new supplies/ equipment, and new processes that impact the delivery of patient care.
