The Client Services Analyst III will provide support to Client Services Team Leads and client contacts by serving as a subject matter expert and as a technical systems resource for the benefit plans and employee populations of their assigned clients through the daily administration of processes, case management and project work.
Preparing performance reports by utilizing information from portfolio attribution and accounting systems (Eagle) for use in client and marketing presentations; developing a thorough understanding of investment strategies and product structures.
The primary role for the Client Solutions Engineer will be to install our new proprietary software product at our client's sites; improve revenue and enhance technology to drive success in the evolving healthcare landscape.
Provides support to the fixed income group with consultant, client and prospective relationships, assists Portfolio Managers/Traders as needed with account maintenance activity, and works with the fixed income client support group in relationship development, primarily with account teams and the sales force.

Accountable for the maintenance, growth and increased profitability of existing accounts and the strategic direction of assigned accounts. Directs strategic, customer specific initiatives, which deliver "value added" services through the execution of customer specific account development plans.
Partner with Portfolio Analysts to prepare portfolio, strategy, and fund level research for clients; this may include summarizing salient points from Company research pieces and preparing quantitative analysis (performance, risk, etc) as requested by clients.
The Client Sales and Service Officer has primary responsibility for supporting all client post sales activities, by monitoring and executing all tasks required to fulfill the client service plan and meet day-to-day inquiries from the client.
Working closely with the company's Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP) to ensure that the client business and financial plan is developed, monitored and that pursuit processes are consistently executed across the account.
The CDE develops relationships with leadership groups in different functions in order to collaborate and make informed decisions to provide delivery assurance and ensure the company successfully delivers our programs/projects, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and growing the company's business with our key clients.
