We are searching for an Customer & Partner Events Marketing Manager who has experience in planning events, both from a logistics and content perspective, and reporting on the effectiveness of events (product adoption, revenue generation, etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will design, implement and manage programs across reseller, cloud service provider and alliance partner audiences; lead and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives (i.e. set process, deadlines, deliverables) end-to-end.
In this role, you will be ensuring that the value of the Commerce Cloud partner ecosystem is well articulated and validated through customer proof points in Demandware marketing vehicles, including website, sales collateral and marketing/thought leadership content.
In this role, you will be responsible for
developing retail joint marketing & sales programs, coordinated training activities, dealer mapping & outreach and educations, and aligning our objectives with the partners.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee initiatives & manage timelines; through frequent stakeholder updates, team meetings, and by working closely with other areas in marketing (interactive, production, programs, product, etc.)
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and execute marketing initiatives that create awareness of Extreme Networks solutions, educate partners and drive pipeline against agreed upon metrics.
The candidate will have a prior background of successfully creating and managing partner programs from the ground up; experience working with a SAAS solution, cloud storage, DR, Business Continuity or a similar partner environment is preferable.
