In this role, you will lead on additional responsibilities for the team and/or department; i.E. Priority list creation, centralized vendor point of contact, inventory projects/initiatives, manage customer specific processes, etc.
Analyzes technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and parts/equipment availability to position RMS to achieving the best lowest cost solution for our upcoming negotiations/captures.
The Supply Chain Analyst is a key role in our organization focused on the end to end supply management from WIP (work in progress) new design through shipment. This role engages with Sales, Manufacturing and Quality throughout the product life cycle.
This role is responsible for providing HR leadership in support of local business goals, enterprise and sector HR strategies within the Supply Chain organization and actively supports business leaders through Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Business Partnering.
Assure suppliers are submitting invoices consistent with the materials delivered and all relevant contractual terms, and, working in conjunction with accounts payable, verify that all supplier invoices are paid in a timely manner.
As a Buyer, you will be procuring direct and indirect material, as well as monitoring supply base on deliveries, negotiating cost savings, managing supplier lead times and capacity to support customer needs.You will be ensuring compliance with the companys established quality standards and business requirements, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
