In this role, you will create and maintain documentation for code and/or configuration throughout the system development lifecycle; train end users on established programs; provide on-call support and problem resolution for software applications.
The primary role of this position is to analyze and understand business processes, design software solutions, document software requirements, test new software functionality, and provide software training.
In this role, you will provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site or remote installations, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
