In this role, the selected candidate will perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled job.
Provides troubleshooting support in response to complex problems, questions and inquiries that have been escalated by junior staff; also willing to assist with all types of support tickets and walk-ins when needed.
In this role, the selected candidate will enable proper testing and validation of enhancements and new use case development via creation and implementation of testing scenarios and test scripts within the GRC application.

The Warranty Systems Administrator is responsible for administering the warranty recovery and component tracking program, monitoring the recovery process and acting as liaison between the Mechanical and Procurement Departments throughout the warranty period.
As the Systems Administrator, you will be one of the more senior level members of the team and responsible for Windows Systems/Server administration as well as handling network(Cisco) related issues for clients at the highest level for the company.
