In this role, you will be responsible for
designing, develops, implements and delivers corporate and regional exempt/non-exempt training and development programs including writing of presentations, facilitator/participant guides, etc.
The Virtual Delivery Trainer will build strategic relationships that allow for on-going collaborative interactions with new hires and continuing education students using a variety of distance learning applications.
In this role, you will create and edit training materials and curricula as well as participate in a variety of hands-on projects. Knowledge experience using ADDIE. Determine appropriate instructional methods, e.g. individual training, group instruction, lectures, workshops.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivery of new hire training (including systems, data and operational training) to Customer Service Reps, as well as new product or service launch training, soft skills training and functional training.
This training includes, but is not limited to, ICOMS and CSG systems training across all three product lines, data, and operational training, new product or service launch information, sales, troubleshooting, soft skills and functional training.
