The Field Sales Representative is responsible for the expansion of market share through the sale of electronic components in a defined territory by generating profitable sales in new and existing accounts.
As a Business Development Representative you will be working in a team environment with field sales and marketing. This is an exciting role with the focus of the BDR to contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline, and help ensure QADs success in the marketplace.
In this role, the selected candidate will execute a top-down sales approach targeting Presidents, CFOs, and HR Directors to convert prospects into clients; work with a portfolio of 41 different solutions- anything from recruitment to retirement (see attached for the 41 different solutions offered).
The successful candidate will currently have, or quickly develop strong and powerful connections with the architectural & design community and with end-users to drive flooring specifications required for key projects in the healthcare, education, office and specialty-retail market segments.

This position will manage sales development campaigns and work responses until they are qualified or until you hear no from the head of Marketing, consistently exceed individual quarterly and annual goals and be a key contributor to overall Sales department results.
In this role, you will be completing all aspects of the customer interface including coordinating the negotiation of the transportation agreements, rate and accessorial publication, any other relevant documents and collections.
