The Technical Training Specialist - Mechanical will support the development and delivery of training programs delivered to electricians to address Metra's policies/procedures governed by Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations and other regulatory agencies including: US Department of Transportation, American Public Transportation Administration (APTA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing the fleet service and maintenance practices and equipment service history within the region to ensure compliance with Company Standards.
In this role, you will design and programming of new systems, successful delivery of software in accordance with requirements, production of code that conforms to development guidelines, contribution of technical recommendations.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for fleets of business document output devices (printers, copiers and fax machines) at an
IMS customer location(s) with a focus to maximizing uptime, utilization and user satisfaction while minimizing costs.
As a Technical Specialist of TOCC, the candidate will be responsible for level 1 and 2 monitoring of all Customer facing environments; this will include, but is not limited to Production, Certification, New Release, and Disaster Recovery; all operated within the Clearing and Trading Business Units. In supporting these mission critical environments, you will follow the departmental guidelines of escalation to appropriate levels of support within a timely and efficient manner.
