As the Recruiting Leader for our Chicago-based business, this role will be the recruiting partner with leadership in the market, lead and drive recruiting efforts, own any outsourcing relationships, and help develop and implement any recruiting process improvements.
This position is also responsible for implementing and managing a renewed on boarding program. The level of work required is considered advanced and incumbent must be able to work under minimal supervision. This job has direct reports.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop quarterly talent planning process with regions to understanding current internal slate as well as anticipated openings for future proactive hiring to get to 0 days to hire.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for attracting and sourcing both internal and external candidates to create a talent pipeline to coincide with the organizations growth strategy.
