In this role, you will document the problem, actions, and notifications taken during its resolution. The selected candidate will follow through with problem troubleshooting until completion or execute proper hand off if required.
In this role, you will maintain open and frequent communications with other Customer Care team members with regard to client activity; ensure that assigned trouble tickets are updated regularly with clear and concise notes that indicate actions needed to complete request.
In this role, the selected candidate will investigate the issue to find a fix, which may involve conducting screen shares with the customer, reviewing logs files, reviewing stack traces, and analyzing and modifying source code.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of trading systems including uptime, capacity and performance; help with regression testing functionality and stress testing application servers for capacity and performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with Development or QA teams, when needed, to assist in the resolution of issues; work with developers and release management to design and implement Chef cookbooks and recipes.
In this role, you will work independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results. Initiates and provides leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology.
