The Sr. Software Sales Manager for mobility software sales will be responsible for the North America market. S/he will create, implement, and execute new business sales objectives for a team of approximately 6 - 10 sales representatives.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to work with customers to identify long and short term needs; ability to work with a broad range of solution options (services and products) to prepare proposals for clients.
The proper candidate will have extensive experience with SFDC Administrative/Analytical processes and Declarative Development. This candidate must have experience in a Salesforce Technical role, and a strong understanding of Java, Apex, and VisualForce.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the New Solutions strategy in his / her respective region defining the markets, the go-to-market strategy, key accounts and customers, and internal functional support to achieve successful adoption of new deployment of software solutions.
Lead projects throughout the systems delivery cycle and manage project budget, risks, issues and deliverables. Continuously improve documentation and software development process standards, focusing on efficiency.
