Ensure all customer orders are delivered on-time, and improve the efficiency and quality of daily order management. Manage interface with finished good warehouses / distribution centers from an overall service to the end customer perspective.
Work closely with Sales, Production and Engineering groups to organize, distribute and verify that all products and services are scheduled, controlled and all client needs have been successfully fulfilled.
