In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with product team, engineering and other stakeholders to define design vision and implement intuitive, seamless user interactions across our platform.
In this role, you will identify current areas of usability improvements by analyzing our usage data, together with customer insights, by organizing user testing and based on common usability best practices.
In this role, you will have the ability to work on activities involved in Planning phases (Sizing, Scoping , Client/Landscape Strategy, HANA High Availability/HANA Disaster Recovery Strategy, etc.) of Implementation projects without much supervision at transaction level
In this role, you will identify and document meaningful patterns from the user research to provide recommendations to project teams
Work with other user experience team members to develop personas/customer segments based on research and analytics; integrate personas with related deliverables (opportunity maps and wireframes desired).
