The Global Sales Data & Analytics organization leads the global creation and delivery of Sales tools & processes that enable an efficient & effective selling organization to identify growth strategies and support informed business decision making. This group is responsible for providing sales teams with information to save the sales team time, identify opportunities or understand their business performance.
Responsible for Medicare and / or Medicaid market analysis, supporting RFI/RFP and/or Government Application response development, development of regulatory communications, and implementation activities, including requirements gathering, for new programs and market expansions.
Responsible for driving measurable value and providing financial stewardship to companys sales force through analytics, performance assessment and program tracking; financial reporting and variance analysis; cross-functional communication and leadership. Build relationships with business partners to identify sales reporting needs to be implemented in a data warehouse environment.
