Responsible for identifying client business challenges and identifying
solutions that drive strategic initiatives. Develops objectives and
procedures that are consistent with the overall direction of all sales
activities within the regional market area.
The Regional Sales Manager for the Color-Painter line of printers will be accountable for delivering on a defined product line business plan measured by securing top line revenue, margin and overall profitability targets across their responsible region.
Collaborate with sales management leader / teams to develop overall objectives and growth strategies for new and existing products. Discovers new prospective customers and qualifies new sales opportunities.
Lead the development of project proposals including identifying and leading the pursuit team, writing strong value driven executive summaries, ensuring that the proposal completely and accurately addresses the client needs.
Manage current reseller business and relationships within assigned territory; assist resellers in growing Production Product sales through product and marketing training, customer visits and sales program implementation.
Utilizing best in class time and territory management principles to optimise Customer facing time for execution of strategic account plans to manage existing sales, increase wallet share, increase contribution margin, timely identification of at-risk business, build multi-level relationships and identify continuous improvement opportunities at each assigned account.
