The candidate will take on additional tasks including initiating coordination and communication with construction management, finance, strategy, legal counsel as well as management of vendors including real estate brokers. Skills required for the new role will include the ability to present facts and issues to management. The candidate will need excellent communication skills and analytical ability.
Administer borrower requests including, but not limited to, assumption, defeasance, partial release, collateral exchange, modification, waiver, etc. in accordance with policies and procedures, and applicable loan documents and Lender Guidelines.
In this role,you will be responsible for evaluate the valuation process relative to internal and external guidelines, test valuation assumptions and verify data with supporting documentation including historical operating statements, rent rolls, leases and other sources, and provide reports detailing our findings
Performs periodic regular property inspections. Based on independent review and assessment, recommends to clients and/or approves on client's behalf the alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Contracts for and supervises vendor services as required.
