The Sr. Quality Systems Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for assisting with the day to day operations related to the Quality Standards program and data analytics within the Quality Systems department.
This position is responsible for facilitating all aspects of assigned bcbsil clinical quality improvement projects and evaluation of pcp/mg/ipa compliance with bcbsil clinical practice guidelines; consults with mg/ipas, physicians, providers, members, and other resources, as appropriate, to assess, plan, facilitate implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate options and services required to meet clinical quality improvement project objectives.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with NA Quality, Quality Control, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Security, Sales, and other internal customers to evaluate our ability to meet proposed customer requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that the processes established for the Arch facility, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 Standard, are documented and followed, thereby ensuring we meet the customer's expectations for the products we manufacture.
In this position, you will monitor quality critical testing equipment; perform calibration, verification and maintenance of systems as necessary. Document out-of-tolerance occurrences and corrective actions per the laboratories quality management system.
