This position is responsible for creating and managing project plans, including schedule, scope, for large, complex projects with minimal oversight; and managing internal resources across the clinical program departments for delivery of a products or services to internal and external entities, i.e. employer groups, brokers, consultants. ie. provider groups, consultants and third party vendors.
Assist with project requirements, ensure all documentation adhere to standard and are in place at each phase, keeps track of project, budget , flag any deviation, plan finance, shortfall, funding, get approvals for releases, report status update to SYF Manager, prepare project plans.

Provide an enterprise view of the business to provide clear direction and leadership on complex high impact projects. Creates risk mitigation plans, considering all drivers of project risk (cost, quality, technology, supply base, customer deliverables, brands, trade partners, manufacturing, operations).
In this role, you will be responsible to
participate in regular discussions with internal and external customers on relevant engineering topics. Generate and justify program budget for management approval.
Consult with the leadership team and program management to ensure the training approach is aligned to meet the needs of the business and is implemented in an effective, repeatable, and consistent fashion.
The NPI Program Manager is the primary customer interface during the development, qualification and launch for their assigned portfolio. They are responsible for ensuring program deliverables are aligned with customer needs; delivered on time, within the budget, at or below target cost and expected yields.
