In this role, you will be responsible to work with existing project engineers and other plant personnel to administer plant policies and support plant facility maintenance and operating departments in planning and implementing major routine, non-routine, and infrastructure expenditures.
Performs general administrative and recordkeeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation; preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes; maintenance of files, logs, drawings, specifications and submittals.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide group management with necessary information on construction, plant engineering, & maintenance; investigate & report on issues and recommend strategies.
Identify gaps and/or risks to the program and drive mitigation plans to avoid delays or unnecessary expenses; this will include obtaining the commitment of the various functional discipline leaders to ensure the overall recovery of the program.

In this role, you will support a detailed execution plan working with the NPI Manager and team members from different functional disciplines (engineering, manufacturing, commercial, scheduling, quality) in an effort to ensure the timely completion of the plan.
