The Data Center Operations Engineer is responsible for the ongoing high-availability operation of the data center and timely support of all IT equipment deployments and is part of the team responsible for supporting physical components within the IT organization, including hardware and hard infrastructure.
The successful Technical Operations Engineer will be expected to play an important role supporting this growth, and will bring a passion for all things systems-related, from hardware and networking through to software build, deployment, automation and tooling.
In this role, you will participate on continuous improvement teams for hose assembly, fabrication, and swage products as the engineering representative. Work in team environment to meet plant driven metrics for quality, safety, delivery, performance, and inventory.
The Technical Operations Engineer will have prior experience of configuring and managing low-latency, high-availability trading systems, working closely alongside developers, quants and traders is a plus.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an expertise with build/release/deployment management in Java/.NET technologies; hands-on experience in at least one scripting language Ruby/ Python / Perl.
