In this role, the successful candidate will review with the maintenance Supervisor the actual labor expended versus estimate in order to determine corrective measures needed to improve accuracy or quality of work.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide clients with a stronger bias for guidance with more frequent portfolio consultations, goal planning recommendations and introduction to specialized income teams dealing with annuities and fixed income solutions.
Ensures that ownership/T Card Routes are valid and complete for the equipment under his/her supervision through periodic auditing and liaison with Reliability Engineer and Planner during all new equipment installation and modification.
The position is responsible to the EH&S and Facilities Manager for the efficient and effective planning and scheduling of all resources (company and contractors) to conduct maintenance activities which results in a minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
