In this role, you will plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment and training for patients suffering from various injuries, illnesses and functional disabilities to attain highest level of physical function.
In this role, you will be required to care for a variety of diagnostic groups including, but not limited to, the following: orthopedic and arthritis related conditions; neurological groups including CVA, TBI, degenerative neurological diseases, SCI; and generalized weakness as a result of medical or surgical conditions.
In this role, you will provide a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
In this role, the selected candidate develops and implements individual physical therapy programs designed to improve and maximize patient mobility and independent functioning within their physical limitations/disabilities.
In this role, you will evaluates patient's physical and functional status including muscular strength, motor functions, reflexes, ambulation skills and ability to perform activities of daily living. Observes and interviews patient, review medical history including physician's diagnosis and prescription and administer detailed sensory tests, manual muscle tests, range of motion exams and other evaluation techniques.
A licensed professional who provides coordinated care to patients of all age groups. Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being. Plans, organizes, and conducts physical therapy treatment program based on the medical referral and their evaluation. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide treatment as ordered by the attending physician to relieve pain, develop or restore function and maintain maximum performance, using physical means such as exercise, massage, heat, water, light and electricity.
